HOW TO ORDER

Making your shopping experience that little bit easier!
★ Make an account on our site. It's easy and takes less than a minute. And, of course, your information is never sold to third parties. Your account is simply used to keep track of your orders and delivery information. You can also save your shopping cart for the next time you visit our website.
★ Once you have found the product that you wish to purchase, click on "add to cart" button. Thereafter, you may choose “continue shopping” to add more items.
★ You may view and edit your order by clicking “cart” button on the top of the page.
★ Once you have finished shopping, click on “continue checkout”.
★ Please review your order details.
★ Proceed to pay for the items that you have ordered. For more information on payment modes, please refer to Payment Options of our store.
★ After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your order. This confirmation will contain the details of the items ordered and payment. You may also find your order details information in My Account by clicking on the link titled "View orders" and selecting the related order. If you do not receive this email within 5 hours after placing your order, contact us immediately.
★ We will also send you a confirmation e-mail when your order enters the shipping process.
★ All items ordered are shipped when they are ready and as quickly as we can manage. Normally, we send out orders within 24 hours once we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two.
★ Orders sent in on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday, while orders sent in on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.
★ Tracking number will be sent to your email, SMS or “My Account” page.

CHANGING YOUR ORDERS:
If you happened to enter any wrong information ( wrong shipping address, contact number, etc) or wrong item, please email us immediately with your order number, stating which corrections should be made. Changes can only be made within 8 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made after this period.
